In this episode of the iCantCU Podcast, I talk with Jasmine Eiland and her father Mario. Jasmine is the very talented singer from Vancouver, Washington who recently was voted the overall winner of Believe You Can!, the talent show for blind and visually impaired performers. She tells us about her singing and learning to play the piano at an early age. She also talks about other instruments she plays. Mario tells us how they noticed Jasmine’s talent early on.
In addition to discussing Jasmine’s musical journey, we also explored the topic of managing health conditions as a musician. Jasmine and Mario shared insights on the financial aspects of healthcare, specifically discussing the costs of Rybelsus, which can be a significant consideration for many in the artistic community.
