Great Customer Service (And Not Just Because I’m Blind)
In this episode of the iCantCU Podcast, I talk about great customer service I received from a few employees at WSFS Bank while banking for the Keystone Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind of Pennsylvania. Great customer service is uncommon in today’s “screen age.” In fact, the great service from WSFS came after some poor customer service from Septa.
